Iconic Developments sponsors CA National Conference
Leading real estate developer Iconic Developments successfully sponsored the 41st National Conference of Chartered Accountants (CA) of Sri Lanka, the country’s biggest annual business summit. The convention deliberated the changes, opportunities and abnormalities stemming from the COVID-19 crisis, and was attended by local and international business leaders and high-profile speakers.
For the first time in a four-decade history, the conference was hosted as a hybrid event which included an online component, where over 2,000 participants from Sri Lanka and overseas viewed the proceedings of the conference virtually. Iconic Developments Country Director, Shiraz Dawood and Iconic Developments Sales Manager, Wazeel Nizar participated in the event held at Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo. The inauguration was graced by the State Minister of Money, Capital Markets and State Enterprise Reforms Ajith Nivard Cabraal and University Grants Commission chairman Prof. Sampath Amaratunge.

The conference featured a video presentation and a promotional video of the developer’s prime real estate project, the Iconic Galaxy. The self-contained modern luxury apartment complex, situated in Rajagiriya’s upscale locality, offers rooftop landscape gardens constructed to environmental standards, a 7-level private club worthy of a 5-star hotel, private guest suites for overnight visitors, and on-site conveniences that include a supermarket, business centre and beauty salon.
