Yukthiya chaos

According to what is shown on media the police personnel engaged in Operation Yukthiya visit homes and other places in group. Some are in uniforms; some are wearing various types of clothes. What is the guarantee that one of them would not insert a packet of Kudu somewhere in the house? They disturb the well laid almirahs, beds etc. and go out, leaving those without rearranging. Do our laws allow this type of high-handed acts? Why do our lawmakers and judiciary keep silent on these – types of thuggery mainly on innocent and helpless people?
