X Pro Cricket Academy arrive for one-week cricket tour

The X Pro Cricket Academy team consisting of Under 13 and Under 15 players from Lancashire, England are scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka today (April 1) for a one-week cricket tour.

Luke Yates is the captain of this team which is coached by former Sri Lankan player Amal Dalugoda. The X Pro Cricket Academy team will commence the tour with a limited overs (50 overs) match against the NCC Cricket Academy team at the NCC ground tomorrow (April 2), and will play two Twenty 20 matches against the Chilaw Academy team at the Thurston ground on the third. Then, on the sixth, they will play a Twenty 20 match against Mahinda College Under 15 team at the Mahinda College Stadium, Galle.

On April 7 they will meet NCA Academy team in a 50 overs match at Narahenpita. The final match of the X Pro Cricket Academy team’s Sri Lanka cricket tour will be played against the CCC Academy team at P. Sara Oval on April 9.
