Workshop to enhance productivity using spatial data science

Netherlands alumni Association of Sri Lanka (NAAL), as a part of their development programmes, has planned to conduct a one-day workshop on “Enhance Productivity Using Spatial Data Science” on 12 July 2023 at the Postgraduate Institute of Management, Colombo 8.

NAAL is one of the oldest and active Netherlands Alumni Associations in the world and celebrated their 50th anniversary last year. NAAL membership consists of multi-disciplinary professionals who have done their studies in various institutes in the Netherlands.

The members of NAAL who are industry experts in the field will be the resource personnel of the workshop. Former Senior Deputy Surveyor General / Director of ISM Nelson Wijenayake, Project Manager/Team Leader, Geoconsult Lanka Eng. Prasanna Lenadora, an expert in Photogrammetry Manoj Thewarapperuma will be the main resource personnel and retired Deputy Surveyor General Sarath Jayatilaka and former Vice Chancellor, University of Colombo Dr Kumara Hirumburegama will do the introduction and conclusion respectively.
