Women Empowered Global joins hands with NCE to drive SMEs

Women Empowered Global (WEG), an organization dedicated to empowering women through education, leadership, career and entrepreneurial programs recently joined hands with the National Chamber of Exporters to empower SMEs and the export sector for sustainability, human capital development and women empowerment.

The project titled “Gearing Up for the Post-COVID Economic Rev Up” will include services such as Entrepreneurship and Leadership coaching, Master class Webinars on vital workplace soft-skills that are required for teams to survive and grow out of COVID-impact successfully. As well as business consultancy services such as organization restructuring, cadre assessment and right-sizing, helping companies to multi-skill their teams for greater efficiency and teamwork; RFT (Right-The-First-Time) index optimization, sales training and more.

These services are on-demand bespoke solutions and will therefore be provided on a needs basis. Time-frames will differ depending on the service obtained. This partnership serves to benefit both the National Chamber of Exporters and Women Empowered Global allowing the entities to collaborate to promote more women empowerment and Entrepreneurship Ddoject will promote this opportunity to its members as a timely value-added service during these challenging times and aim to help strengthen local companies during economic hardships, thereby promoting entrepreneurship and sustainable local economic development and business.

Women Empowered Global is geared with a team of specialists and it has a global academy that specializes in human capital development and education, providing entrepreneurial soft skill training and access to economic opportunities, on a global scale. The pool of speakers includes over 37 award-winning global speakers and business leaders and a strong network of local collaborators, and have conducted leadership and educational courses, master classes and online sessions for multiple nationalities from over 20 countries world-wide.
