Who says cops are heartless?

Mannar police are feeding stray dogs that are starving as the township is closed. A large number of dogs have already died due to starvation.

The Mannar police said that there were over 700 hungry stray dogs in the town. Those animals used to live near hotels and restaurants but have been without food for days.
