Webinar for small and medium businesses

Arrangements have been made by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with MiHCM (A digital Human resources software platform) to host a webinar on ‘How MiHCM Lite Can Add Value to Small and Medium Size Businesses’ on May 05.

 The objective of the webinar is to facilitate many small and medium sized-businesses, now digitalizing their business processes, making use of the efficiencies new technologies offer, a press release from the CCC said.

It said: The Webinar, which will be conducted in Sinhala, will introduce MiHCM’s revamped MiHCM Lite platform, which offers small businesses a simplified digital experience which will allow greater efficiencies and enhanced resource utilization in the era of the hybrid workforce.

MiHCM Lite’s end-to-end HR solution allows businesses to store employee records, submit leave and claim applications, retrieve pay slips, etc. Other features include a Timesheet and Time Tracking feature for remote employees to record their work and hours spent, translating into productivity analytics, while customers can also subscribe to additional modules such as talent management, which includes performance management, recruitment, curated training, etc. Hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud, the platform requires no added investments in storage & security, and takes less than two days to deploy.
