VIP lounge for whom?

Does the Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited have any guidelines regarding the use of the VIP lounge at its airports? Which categories of persons (travellers) are allowed to use it? Can they entertain any number of visitors within the lounge? And do the authorities conduct normal checks on passengers (and visitors) who use the lounge (for banned items, currency, etc.)?
