Venora International recognized at Entrepreneur Awards 2023

Venora International Projects Private Limited was awarded The Best Entrepreneur of the year – 1st Runner Up and Best Environmental Friendly Enterprise Awards from the Entrepreneur Awards 2023 – Western Province which was jointly organized by National Enterprise Development Authority and National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka.

Venora International is one of the leading companies in the fields of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) & Telecommunication in Sri Lanka. The company obtained ICTAD EM1 category registration in 2007, CIOB Green Mark Certificate and following the ISO 9001:2015 & IEC (International Electro technical Commission) Quality Standards for Project management as well as the installations & safety precautions.

The company has several wings of operation, such as Switch Board assembling and installations, telecommunication infrastructure supply and installations, earthling, lighting and surge protection, incorporating world renowned brands. Venora international also became the first Sri Lankan company in accordance with the UK Trade Marks Act 1994 and EBA Awards to have the license which enables the company to use the trademark ‘Best Enterprise’ and ‘The Manager’ of the year in Sri Lanka at the Socrates Award – London 2013.

Venora was initiated with five employees by Eng. Sagara Gunawardana in 2013.
