University Women elect new office bearers

Sri Lanka Federation of University Women held its AGM on December 10 at the Sri Lanka Federation of University Women (SLFUW) auditorium at Kitulwatte, Colombo 08 and elected the office bearers for 2022/2023.A news release from the federation said they comprise eminent professionals from diverse backgrounds.

The new office bearers are: Executive Council Members of SLFUW President- Colonel (Retd.) Dr. Udula Krishnaratne, Vice-President – Emeritus Professor Thakshala Serasinhe Vice-President – Dr.Nirmali de Silva CIR – Dr.Shirvanthi Fernando Secretary- Mrs. Anjali Gamage. Assistant Secretary- Mrs. Deepani Fernando Treasurer- Miss Savitri Jayasuriya Assistant Treasurer-.Mrs. Manisha Methiw. Council Members -Prof. Mahesha Kapurubandara, Mrs. Indra Puvimanasinghe, Mrs. Shireen Samarasuriya, Mrs. Rukmani Samaranayake, Mrs. Rohini Dullewe, Mrs. Daisy Daruwelle, Mrs. Thanuja Dharmasena, Mrs. Shafinas Hassendeen and Ms. Samurdika Herath
