University of Colombo to get land with 144 housing units in Narahenpita

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal presented by the Minister of  Urban Development and Housing to hand over the 0.2761 hectare plot of land owned by the UDA together with an apartment complex consisting of 144 housing units located at Kalinga Mawatha in Narahenpita to the University of Colombo.

The Board of Management of the Urban Development Authority has approved the above transfer.
