Two SL connections to Baltimore bridge disaster

The Baltimore ship accident in the U.S. had two remote connections to Sri Lanka in that the vessel was headed for Colombo and the U.S. Senator for Baltimore, Chris Van Hollen, Jr. who figured prominently in the reporting of the disaster is the son of Christopher Van Hollen Snr. a career diplomat was one time U.S. Ambassador in Sri Lanka.
