The Tamil Nadu police, on Wednesday, arrested two persons who were transporting 4700 kilos of dried sea cucumber to Mannar from India.One suspect is a resident of Pesalai, Mannar, while the other is an Indian. The boat carrying the sea cucumber was also confiscated.
