Three Russians arrested over embezzelment of Rs. 3.8 millon from Ukranian

Habaraduwa police recently arrested three Russian nationals who swindled a Ukrainian to the tune of Rs.3.8 million.According to the police the two parties had been running a business here a month ago and later they fell out.

The police said that it was looking for two more Russians in this connection. Habaraduwa police are conducting further investigations.
