Three events…‘sold out’

Singer/entertainer Sohan Weerasinghe is on a roll…what with three of his five events, Down Under, ‘sold out’ even before the due dates.

His very first gig in Australia, ‘Christmas Bells 2023,’presented by the Holy Family Convent Bambalapitiya Past Pupils’ Association (AUST), on Sunday, December 9th, carried the ‘sold out’ sign well in advance.

It was the same scene with ‘Christmas with Noeline & Friends’ which took place on Sunday, December 10th, with Sohan as one of the guest artistes. Sold out in advance!

But what has come as a surprise to many is the 31st night dinner dance, in Melbourne! Yes, and this, too, is sold out!

Obviously, Sohan is thrilled with the kind of superstar reception he is receiving and says: “Am over the moon, here in Melbourne.”

He was also interviewed by Noeline on Channel 31, in Melbourne, where his new song ‘Sansare’ was aired.

Sohan has two more gigs to check out before returning home – ‘Family Fun X’mas Get Together,’ on Saturday, December 16th, and ‘Sohan Weerasinghe with Ebony’ on Friday, December 29th.
