The natural way…
* Glowing Facial Skin
If you want to have glowing facial skin, add two tablespoons of natural yoghurt, one tablespoon of salt, and the juice of half a lemon, into a bowl. Spread this mixture on your face, giving yourself a gentle massage, so that the salt exfoliates your skin well. Remove it with plenty of warm water. Remember not to expose yourself to the sun for at least two hours.
* Hair Shine
If you want your hair to be silky, and shiny, mix three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, with a litre of warm water, and rinse your hair very well, with this mixture. Don’t be afraid of the smell, it disappears right away.
* Dark Circles
To make the dark circles on your face disappear, cut a raw cucumber, into slices, and put them on your closed eyes. Leave the slits there for about 10 minutes, while you relax. Cucumber has anti-inflammatory and astringent properties that help with red eyes.
* Refresh Your Face
If you have roses in your garden, cut one. Remove all the petals, and crush them, with a little water, until you have a paste. Apply this mixture on your face and let it remain for 15 minutes. Then remove with warm water.
* Harden Nails
In a bowl, add olive oil. Soak your nails, in the oil, for about 15 minutes, every day. Then remove the oil from the nails. In a few days, you will notice them stronger.
* Skin Cleansing
Put some slices of cucumber, and a glass of whole milk, into a blender and mix everything very well. Spread this mixture, all over your face, and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse your face well with warm water.
* Splendid Complexion
Cut a ripe avocado in half, and extract the pulp. Mash this with a fork until you get a paste and spread it over your face, like a mask. Let it sit for an hour and then remove it with warm water.
