The Grand Kandyan Vesak Kalapaya 2023

The Grand Kandyan Hotel organized the “The Grand Kandyan Vesak Kalapaya” for the second time, to honour the teachings of Lord Buddha. The Vesak pandol, and the Vesak Lanterns were created by the skilled hotel staff to commemorate this festival. A delectable soup “dansal” was carried out on this special day to praise the teaching of giving. Thousands of people gathered at the location to relish the event.

The General Manager Tusita Samarawickrama said this year we are proud that hotel came alive with festivity in honours of Vesak after a long lapse and spread light and warmth of hospitality.
