Miss Grand Australia stands out as a prestigious beauty pageant that values intelligence, grace, and elegance in women. Breaking barriers, it emphasizes the 3Bs: Beauty, Body, and Brain, transcending traditional beauty competitions.

Reporting from Melbourne, Sashi Neelya – Head of PR communication, Miss Grand Australia – says this year, the grand finale took place in Melbourne, the fashion capital, managed by Chadwick Events, setting a new record for a dazzling gala night.

Sashi goes on to say that a remarkable achievement was made by Sri Lankan Nimesha Dilrukshi, who was a National Finalist among hundreds of contestants.

What’s more, the finalists banded together to raise a total amount of AUD 60,000 for Destiny Rescue – a well-known organisation that works tirelessly to rescue and restore children from human trafficking and exploitation, from around the world.

Her passion for baking, influenced by her late father’s bakery in Sri Lanka, has led her to establish her own baking business, in Australia, specializing in cakes and sweet products.
