Standby pilot too declared unfit; UL flight rescheduled 

SriLankan Airlines rescheduled UL 455 from Narita, Japan, to BIA, scheduled to arrive at 5.25 pm yesterday (29) after the standby pilot, too, was found to be unfit for flying the aircraft. All passengers had to be accommodated at hotels. The airline declared that the flight would arrive at 3.50 am today (30). (SF)
