Sri Lanka set to play ten Tests next year
The national cricket team will be involved in ten Test matches next year touring England, South Africa and Bangladesh while hosting Afghanistan and New Zealand.
The tour of England is significant in many ways as this is the first time they will be playing a three Test series in England since 2011. Since Sri Lanka beat England in 1998 in a one-off Test, the team has toured UK in the early part of the summer, but this time around, they will be playing in August and September.
The two Test tour of South Africa is scheduled for November and December.
The T-20 World Cup is scheduled for June next year in the United States and West Indies.
India will also tour Sri Lanka for three ODI and three T-20S and SLC is set for a financial windfall.
