Sri Lanka Insurance partners with MegaPay

Sri Lanka Insurance – The Nations’ protector entered in to a strategic partnership with MegaPay (PVT) Ltd on the 28th of March 2023 to provide greater convenience for SLIC customers to make real time payments.

The official signing of the agreement took place at the Sri Lanka Insurance Head Office in the presence of Chandana L. Aluthgama – Chief Executive Officer, Aloka Jayawardena – Chief Information Officer, Malaka Bandara – Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Namalee A. Silva – DGM/Head of Marketing and Life Distribution, Mahesh Gamage – AGM – Category Marketing – General Insurance, Ms. Sriyani Kulasinghe – AGM – Finance, Nuwan Jayawardena – Portfolio Manager – Business Development Unit, of Sri Lanka Insurance and Vardan Aslibekyan – Director, Ushantha Samaraweera – Head of Sales & Marketing and Shashika Malagamuwa – Project Manager, of MegaPay (Pvt) Ltd.

This strategic partnership between the two organsiations will enable the real time pay facility for SLIC customers to make hassle free payments to SLIC at their convenience. SLIC customers can make their Life and General insurance payments via MegaPay’s island wide kiosks network, online portal and the MegaPay app. Furthermore, customers also can purchase their third party motor insurance from SLIC and make their payments using the MegaPay payment gateway facility.
