Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation forges strategic partnership with MCA
Embarking on a new beginning, Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation General Ltd (SLICGL) and the Mercantile Cricket Association (MCA) have forged a strategic partnership leveraging the strengths of both entities, offering distinctive collaborative benefits to MCA members.
At a press conference held recently to announce the partnership, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was exchanged between Mahesh de Alwis, President, Mercantile Cricket Association, and Priyantha Perera, Chief Operating Officer of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation General Ltd. In attendance were Mahesh Gamage, Assistant General Manager, Corporate Business and Marketing, Chaminda Gunasinghe, Deputy General Manager, Support Services and Lalith de Silva, Deputy General Manager, Head of Distribution, representing Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation General Ltd. Rohan Somawansa, General Secretary, and Hasitha Dassanayake, Chairman Sponsorship Committee, were present on behalf of MCA.
This partnership with MCA, offering their members a specialized motor insurance package, marks a pioneering collaboration. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed for a one-year term, promises a range of advantages including exclusive benefits and discounts. Through this partnership, Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation General Ltd is poised to effectively cater to the insurance needs of MCA Club Members.
