Southern Expressway blocked between Pinnaduwa and Imaduwa by earthslip

The Police Media Unit has announced that section of the Southern Expressway between Pinnaduwa and Imaduwa (101km – 102km) has been closed to vehicular traffic due to an earth slip.

All vehicular traffic traveling to Matara and beyond are requested to exit at Pinnaduwa and re-enter the expressway at Imaduwa while vehicular traffic traveling to Galle and beyond are requested to exit at Imaduwa and re-enter the expressway at Pinnaduwa.
