Southern Ceramics awarded at National Industry Excellence 2023

Southern Ceramic, a leading manufacturer of all types of ceramic products in the country, was recently honoured with the Silver Award in the Granite, Tile, Pottery, Ceramics, and Building Category at the National Industry Excellence Awards 2023 organised by the Industrial Development Board (IDB). The award ceremony was recently held at the Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapaksa Theatre in Colombo under the patronage of President Ranil Wickremesinghe, the Industries and Health Minister, Dr. Ramesh Pathirana, the State Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Prasanna Ranaweera and several others. Established in 1995, Southern Ceramics is led by its three Directors, Prasad Narathota, Shanuka Narathota and Muthuli Mendis. The company is well known both locally and internationally for their fine ceramic products such as mugs, jugs, cups and sanitary ware, ornaments and ceramic printing work.
