Southbeach Weligama, Sri Lanka’s most exciting new freehold address is now halfway up. Four floors of the building’s construction have been completed with the remaining floors billed for completion in the next 3 months.

With the Weligama coast creating great vibes once more with surfers and travellers enjoying the sun, sea and sand and new restaurants and R&R spaces are opening apace since January this year, Southbeach Weligama has seen great demand for lifestyle beachfront living. With a palpable increase experienced due to the positive outlook in the country and growth in tourism, one apartment is being sold every fourteen days since January 2023.

Despite numerous setbacks experienced especially in the last year, construction has continued to its planned schedule since the launch. At a starting price of USD 153,000 for a Sunrise View and USD 212,000 for an Ocean View, investor confidence is well established as seen with 50% of the building sold to date of which 40 per cent are foreign and 60 per cent consist of local buyers.
