Some SLPPers haven’t learnt from past mistakes – Charitha

Some members of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) had not learnt from their past mistakes, SLPP MP Charitha Herath said addressing a press conference in Colombo.

“Some people understand that trouble is brewing and are taking precautionary action. However, others need to experience them first hand and some don’t learn from their mistakes even after experiencing them first hand,” he said.

Dr. Hearth said that between 2010-15 the party had made a number of mistakes and they had been repeated between 2019 and 2022.

“We need to understand the mood of the public. If we do not try to fulfill the wishes of the people, we be in trouble again,” he said.
