Some SJB MPs wear black in protest against high taxes

Some SJB MPs arrived in the House yesterday wearing black in protest against the high taxes.

SJB General Secretary Moenragala District MP Ranjith Madduma Bandara and Gamapaha District MP Ajith Mannapperuma said that they had decided to wear black yesterday to protest against the economic burdens the government was heaping on the public.

SJB Ratnapura District MP Thalatha Atukorale and Kegalle District MP Kabir Hashim were not wearing black.
