CAN Market expands to World Trade Centre
With the growing popularity of the weekend market at One Galle Face, the CAN Market has now expanded to launch a weekday market to be conducted twice a month at the World Trade Center, located in the heart of Colombo. This second venue aims to reach out to the working community at large.
SLT General Manager of MSME Business Development, Sanjeewa Jayamaha said, “We are engaged in several initiatives within the partnership as enablers of entrepreneurship towards supporting the creation of market access, capacity building and technology diffusion in the micro and small enterprise sector. From Wednesday to Friday during the first and last week of every month, the CAN Market, WTC will be open from 9am to 6pm at the Lobby, opposite the Colombo Stock Exchange, and at the Ground Floor, near the main entrance.
