Celebrating the joy of the season, SLT-MOBITEL is illuminating the city with festive lights, music and seasonal cheer. All SLT-MOBTEL branches including the Head Office are beautifully decorated to promote the spirit of the season. Attractively crafted reindeers mounted in strategic locations will help customers and staff kindle the festivities and put smiles on the faces of everyone.
The iconic landmark in Colombo was illuminated on the 20th of December 2021, with SLT Chief Executive Officer Mr. Kiththi Perera, accompanied by senior SLT-MOBITEL officials, switching on the decorations at the SLT head office. Hitting a high note and igniting cheer, SLT-MOBITEL’s broadcasted Christmas Carols in the city is sure to lift spirts and celebrate the grandeur of the season.
Throughout the year, SLT-MOBITEL has been continuously supporting communities organizing a host of key initiatives including keeping Sri Lankans connected with their loved ones. The Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Sri Lanka (AHK Sri Lanka) proudly facilitated the first-ever Sri Lankan delegation’s participation at Drupa 2024, the world’s largest trade fair for the printing industry and technology. Held after an eight-year hiatus, Drupa 2024 was a landmark event, marking significant advancements and opportunities in the global printing industry.
AHK Sri Lanka played a pivotal role in organising and supporting the delegation, which comprised 17 members from the Sri Lanka Association for Printers (SLAP), representing eight companies from the commercial, newspaper, stationery printing, and packaging industries.
