SLPP will be reorganised – Namal

The ruling Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) on Saturday (02) launched a countrywide programme to reorganise the party. Hambantota District SLPP MP Namal Rajapaksa said that the main objective was to produce grass root level leaders. The MP said: “The SLPP will be active at the local level and work towards providing support to the people.”

The former minister thanked those who had facilitated the establishment of party offices in the recent past. “The SLPP is ready to face any election any time,” he added.
