Mount Lavinia Hotel will host the third consecutive slow food event for the year 2024 by highlighting the Swedish culinary delicacies with Chef- Mats Petersson on 22nd of March 2024 at the Horizon Rooftop said the press release.
Chef Mats will be the master-mind behind the magical ambience that will be created for the guests to indulge the authentic Swedish flavours from different regions of Sweden. The sit down family style gourmet will have Swedish meatballs, kalops (Swedish beef stew), barramundi, kroppkaka dumplings and many more savouries with desserts like prinsesstårta and apple crust; to the flavours of Swedish cuisine. All dishes will be curated out of fresh, locally sourced ingredients by maintaining the true flavours to cater the exclusive patrons who like Swedish cuisine.
