SLBFE officials undergo leadership training for better public service

An outdoor training programme was recently held at the Kukuleganga Laya Leisure Hotel with the aim of developing the leadership and various skills of officers at the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE). The training programme was organized by the Administration and Human Resource Department of the SLBFE. The programme was based on practical activities with the goal of providing a unique experience for SLBFE officials, which would be beneficial for the development of their leadership skills.

The main expectation of the training was to improve the quality of SLBFE service and make the organization friendlier to the public. The programme was a part of the annual training programme for SLBFE officials, and 80 officials participated in the programme. The remaining staff will undergo training in the coming week, and all of them will be able to improve their skills for better service to the public, SLBFE said in a release.
