SL-Vlogs owner arrested

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) yesterday (31) evening arrested Bruno Divakara, the owner of the YouTube channel ‘SL-Vlogs’

The police took him to custody after recording his statement regarding the recent controversial comments by stand-up comedian Natasha Edirisuriya. She was arrested on May 27th.

Divakara was questioned and then detained as the video that soon went viral across social media websites, was first posted on the ‘SL Vlog’ Youtube channel.

Edirisuriya was arrested by the CID over controversial remarks she had made targeting Buddhism, Christianity and Islam during her segment at a stand-up comedy show hosted at a leading school in Colombo, recently.
