SL Scout Association new President meets Defence Secretary

The newly elected President of Sri Lanka Scout Association Brig (Ret) J P A Jayawardana paid a courtesy call on the Secretary Defence General Kamal Gunaratne at the Ministry of Defence Wednesday afternoon. Chief Commissioner Attorney-at-Law Janaprith Fernando and Deputy Chief Commissioner M F S Muheed were also present. The Chief Commissioner thanked and presented a plaque to the Secretary in appreciation of the support given to make the 10th National Scout Jamboree a tremendous success. The Secretary reiterated his commitment to support the Sri Lanka Scout Association in the future as well.
