Shenali Wijesinghe wins top award at Global Undergraduate Summit in Dublin

Shenali Nimanthini Wijesinghe a student of Yale National University Singapore was named the Global winner of the ‘Politics & International Relations’ category ‘ at the Global Undergraduate Awards held in Dublin.Shenali ‘s entry was titled ‘Female Political Participation in Sri Lanka: Are Women in Parliament Gatekeepers? and is an eye opener.

The Global Undergraduate Awards is held annually and attracts entries from thousands undergraduates around the world. A team of over 600 academics select the best entry in each of the 25 categories and each winner is given the opportunity to present their work to a distinguished gathering of academics at the awards night in Dublin.
