Sesha establishes two new meet records at ISAC

Sesha Umaya of Lyceum International, Wattala excelled at the recently held International Schools Athletics Championships as she established two new meet records in the Under 16 age category.

Umaya clocked 12.53 seconds to create a new meet record in the 100 metres dash and cleared a distance of 5.12 metres to improve the meet record in the long jump. She was also placed second in the 200 metres. She was adjudged the best athlete in the Under 16 girls’ category for her outstanding performances.
