School wall collapses, killing girl, injuring six others

A six-year-old girl died and six others sustained injuries when a wall collapsed at a school in Wellampitiya yesterday (15).

The injured students were rushed to the Colombo National Hospital and the Lady Ridgeway Hospital in Colombo.

Hospital sources said one of the victims was in a critical condition.
