Scholarships were presented to 10 needy children of Helena Wijewardene Maha Vidyalaya, Kelaniya, as part of activities by employees and sales agents of the Upali Group to invoke blessings on its Founder Upali Wijewardene to mark his 38th death anniversary commemoration on Saturday.
