Salgado scores back to back centuries

Open batsman Oween Salgado scored back to back centuries as St. Peter’s College took first innings honours against Isipatana in the Under 19 traditional match at Bambalapitiya on Wednesday.

In reply to Petes 205 runs, Isipatana were bowled out for 173 runs. Shennon Rodrigo with a five wicket haul was the pick of the bowlers.

In their second essay, St. Peter’s were 228 for six wickets at close with Salgado scoring his second century of the match.
