Russia donates further shipment of sunflower oil to Sri Lanka

The Russian Federation, on Tuesday (16), delivered 130 tonnes of sunflower oil to Sri Lanka as humanitarian assistance. The donation worth 1.5 million U.S. dollars, was handed over by Russian Ambassador Levan S. Dzhagaryan to Sri Lankan officials. The Russian Federation had earlier donated 351 tonnes of sunflower oil in July 2023. The oil will be distributed among the low income families.
