Rs 1 billion allocated to establish National Education University

A budgetary provision of Rs 1 billion has been made for the establishment of the National Education University by integrating 19 Colleges of Education.

The National Education University will offer Bachelor of Educational Degrees to students who complete a four-year programme under an existing College of Education in accordance with the relevant standards.
