Restaurant owner arrested with ammunition

The STF nabbed a suspect with 225 live rounds of 9 mm during a raid in Balapitiya over the weekend.The 50-year-old suspect, from Balapitiya Railway Station Road, is engaged in tourism.

The suspect runs a boat service and a restaurant for tourists and the ammunition was found buried in the backyard of his house.The suspect would be produced in court, police said.
