realme makes strong inroads in Sri Lanka with the launch of C15

In just over two years of entering in the smartphone market globally, fast growing mobile phone manufacturer ‘realme’ is infusing Sri Lanka with new options through a line of convenient and innovative devices for the youth. realme launched its operations in Sri Lanka in the 4th quarter of 2020 and is gaining fast ground in the youth segment. With a focus to empower the younger mobile user in Sri Lanka, realme entered the country with state-of-the-art hardware-software optimization with its C series phones at an attractive price range.
Smartphones are now the primary device to join online classes, enjoy music, and watch movies or TV series and play online games in Sri Lanka. To facilitate all these, a bigger battery is vital. Therefore, the C15 comes with a power packed 6,000 mAh battery that offers over 14 hours of MLBB (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang) gaming, or over 26.8 hours of online movies, or a staggering 119 hours of listening time for online music. realme C15 is equipped with 18W quick charge which enables the device to charge up to 28% in just 30 minutes.
The phone’s ‘App Quick Freeze’ helps to increase battery life by closing unused apps. In addition, Screen Battery Optimization slightly lowers display effects to increase battery endurance. With the advantage of reverse charging, realme C15 can also be used as a power bank to charge other phones via micro USB OTG.
The C15 is equipped with a 13MP main camera with a big f/2.2 aperture and a 4x zoom to take crystal clear photos anywhere, at any time. An 8MP ultra-wide camera has a 119-degree field of view to capture panoramic views. The B&W and Retro lens will provide two special artistic effects for portraits. The AI Quad rear camera supports AI beautification function, HDR mode, portrait mode and Panoselfie feature.
realme C15 has a 6.5-inch HD+ mini-drop display to increase the level of smartphone entertainment. With 88.7% screen-to-body ratio, the large display gives a wholistic viewing experience for movies and games.
realme C15-Qualcomm Edition comes in an instinctive Geometric Design. The trapezoid divides the back cover into 3 areas with different angles of lines, bringing out colors with different gradation. As the view angle changes, the light reflects on it from different angles giving it an exquisite look. This geometric gradient design achieves a visual effect that is both regular and unpredictable. In two colors – Marine Blue and Seagull Silver, realme C15 will easily go along with the young lifestyle.
realme C15 packs Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset and runs at a maximum speed of 1.8 GHz using an octa-core processor to give the best performance in every case. C15 has a 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and the 64GB internal storage can be increased to a maximum of 256 GB using microSD card.
The phone runs on realme UI based on Android 10 which comes with an intuitive dark mode will ease the users’ eyes in long-term smartphone use.
