Raja Jewellers celebrate Int’l Women’s Day with ‘Adore the Colour in You’ special program
Raja Jewellers saluted the elegance of womanhood by marking International Women’s Day on March 8 through a special program titled ‘Adore the Colour in You’.
Official Brand Ambassador of Raja Jewellers, Mrs. World 2020, Caroline Jurieis also participated in the special activities. The program was held at Raja Jewellers main branch at Bambalapitiya, where a dazzling range of beautifully crafted jewellery and gem stones embracing the theme ‘Adore the Colour in You’ was unveiled.
Adorning the exquisite collection of these timeless pieces enhanced the inner beauty of women while also honoring their special role.
Raja Jewellers offered selected purchases made on this special date at a sensational discount of up to 50%. Customers were also able to buy beautiful jewellery on 60-month easy payment plans or use their credit cards to make purchases. Marking the special event, Raja Jewellers presented a special gift to all women customers who purchased jewellery on this day.
The antecedents of Raja Jewellers dates back to 1928 when Mr. E. A. Fernando established E. A. Fernando Jewellers in Chatham Street, Pettah. Following a successful journey, his son, Mr. Raja Fernando renamed the business as Raja Jewellers in 1962.
The third generation of the family, Ashoka Eliyapura and Athula Eliyapura registered the company as a Limited Liability Company. Raja Jewellers has won a galaxy of awards throughout for their high-quality standards. The latest additions to their awards collection were four Presidential Gold Awards conferred by the National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka presented for the Best Jewellery Manufacturer, the Jewellery Organization with the Highest Quality Standards, Best Gold Jewellery item and the Most Experienced Gem Cutter, reaffirming Raja Jewellers as the monarch of the gold world.
