Pure World Technical Services aiming to blaze a trail with cutting-edge facilities
By Ifham Nizam
Renowned for its customer-centric approach, Pure World Technical Services (PWTS), a home-grown facilities management provider, on Friday announced the official commencement of its operations here, bringing its cutting-edge integrated facilities management services to Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka’s cricketing sensation Roshan Mahanama graced the occasion, as the cricketing legend is the group’s first customer. The former World Cup winning cricketer pledged to give his fullest cooperation to PWTS.
Speaking to The Island Financial Review, on the subject of facility service management in Sri Lanka, PWTS Director, Strategy, Pradeepa Dias said: “As we all know, there is a real need for a professional service provider to step into the facility management sector in Sri Lanka.”
Dias said that the real issue today is that there is no one to take responsibility for the service they provide and are mostly unreliable. Customers, and ourselves, are tired of this and many are looking for real service providers in facility management, as often promised to customers.
Responding to the query as to what is special about the establishment, he said that they are a professional company with years of experience in this sector at international level.
