Proceeds from sale of young artist’s paintings to be donated to cancer hospital paediatric ward

Kalisha Devindi Munasinghe, 18, an AL maths student of the Gateway College, Negombo, recently held an art exhibition at the Heritance, Negombo.

The Principal of Gateway Devika Alldis declared open the exhibition, titled ‘Find the Beauty in Little Things’.Ms Munasinghe has been painting since the age of 8 under the guidance of Ms Dilshani Ranaraja of ‘Little Fingers Art Studio.’ Ms Munasinghe intends to donate the proceeds from the sale of her realistic paintings to the paediatric ward of ‘Apeksha’ Hospital, Maharagama.
