President appoints Professor Monte Cassim as Chancellor of the University of Moratuwa

President Ranil Wickremesinghe has officially appointed Professor Monte Cassim as the Chancellor of the University of Moratuwa, in accordance with the provisions of Section 32 of the University Act, No 16 of 1978, as amended by Act No 07 of 1985.

The appointment is effective immediately and is set for a tenure of five years.
