* Improves your Complexion

Perhaps you are wondered how you can regain the flawless complexion you had some years ago? It’s possible! Well, potatoes have bleaching properties, which means they have the power to lighten your skin tone and give you back your natural complexion.

What you should do:

Blend peeled potatoes (in a blender, of course), and then apply them on your face. Give yourself a massage for about five minutes and rinse off with water.

* Hydrates your Skin

Potatoes are a great moisturizer for the skin and leave it hydrated when applied. In a matter of weeks, your skin will feel smooth and supple.

What you should do:

Create a face mask for this one; mix a grated potato with one tablespoon of curd. Apply this mixture on your face and, after leaving it for 20 minutes, wash off.

* Promotes Hair Growth

If you’ve been losing hair too often, potatoes could be a solution. That’s because potato extracts contain nutrients that have the power to stimulate your hair follicles and help in hair growth.

What you should do:

Take about 2-3 potatoes, grate them, and then squeeze out the juice. Massage the scalp with the juice,for about 20 minutes. Rinse off with water.

Worried that your skin has started looking dull and aged? Rely on potato juice! Well, that’s because potatoes contain Vitamin A, C and B—all of which help in keeping the skin looking young and fresh.

What you should do:

Grate a potato and then squeeze it so you can get the juice out. Massage the juice on your face and then wash off after 20 minutes.
