Police claim two underworld men shot dead by rival gang

Padukka police found the bodies of two underworld members killed by a rival gang yesterday morning.

“The two bodies recovered at Tunnana, Padukka were identified as those of underworld figure K. D. Roshan Indika alias ‘Manna Roshan’ (37) and his accomplice Supun Nimesh (30)” a senior Police officer said.

The killers had brought the victims in an SUV belonging to Manna Roshan to a place called Vendesi Watte and shot them dead.

Manna Roshan was wanted for his involvement in organised crime.
