OSB passed amidst din in House

The Online Safety Bill was passed in Parliament yesterday without a vote amidst loud protests by the Opposition against government introducing new clauses to the Bill in violation of the Supreme Court determination on the constitutionality of the Bill.

The Bill was passed while opposition MPs protested in the Well of House.

Leader of the House, Education Minister Susil Premajayantha read out the amendments.
